Guide to Why was my painting declined/removed
Hello!
So many of you might wonder why some of your paintings are declined without an explanation, or if explanation is unclear or if your painting has been removed. There are a lot of submissions coming in and we simply don't have time to write a comment to every submission to why it was removed as it is time consuming and tiring to do and we simply don't have enough admins at this point.
So I've summarized all these issues into this post:
1. Your submission was added into the wrong folder.
- This means if you add your painting into "Azerothian holidays" folder and it has nothing to do with holidays, we will most likely decline it. Or

New Admins Needed!

WorldofWarcraft-Art is a very big group, and our memberbase continues to grow each day. As such, we have a larger number of deviations being submitted, and the current size of our administrator team simply isn't cutting it!
We are looking for a maximum of two (2) new admins for our group. Your main job would be to sort through submitted deviations, and to uphold our group submission rules. Please make sure to be familiar with our About Us page before applying.
